The service in general was good. However_ I was disappointed in the fee structure which can become misleading to the customer. There shouldn_t be any hidden fees when a customer is doing a search. I_ in fact incurred a penalty for picking up my rental at an earlier time than indicated in the booking_ which I was not aware of from the front.

Would have been nice if the previous renter didn’t smoke in the car. The smell of smoke was overwhelming

Unfriendly pick up experience. Waited too long for shuttle and guy behind the desk has no idea of hospitality!

De hulp en service van Preston was prima.

Bij boeking werd gezegd dat we bij aankomst opgewacht zouden worden met iemand met een bord waarop onze naam vermeld. Dat bleek niet zo. Een ander autoverhuurbedrijf heeft jullie vervolgens gebeld om te zeggen dat wij klaar stonden. Vanaf toen was de service perfect_ de auto was als geboekt_ reed geweldig. Bij inlevering werden we weer geshuttled naar het vliegveld. In feite was alles uitmuntend behalve het ophalen. (Misverstand?).
