Excellent service. Fast pick up and drop off_ great car_ no problems at all. Free coffee and chocolate put it over the top. The only let down is Billund Airport itself_ because they removed car rental companies from the terminal to more remote location.

I wish they would have acknowledged the deposit of € 49_01 I had paid when I booked the car. They claimed that there was nothing paid up front. So I now expect you to reimburse me without any delay. I will write a separate mail about the matter.
We paid extra for winter tyres_ but it is winter_ especially in Denmark! Maybe need to highlight the requirement for this in your quotes system
