Car had overpowering smell of cigarette smoke when i picked it up. Also cigarette burn on drivers seat. It didnt seem that much effort had been expended to reduce/ remove smell
On returning the car at Belfast City Airport the guy was in a huge hurry and his manner was unpleasant. When we commented about his haste_ his response was_ “Yes I am in a hurry! Do you have a problem with that?” This is not an acceptable response to a customer.
