On returning the car at Belfast City Airport the guy was in a huge hurry and his manner was unpleasant. When we commented about his haste_ his response was_ “Yes I am in a hurry! Do you have a problem with that?” This is not an acceptable response to a customer.
The team at Edinburgh were very welcoming and helpful. Both for collection and return.
