Quick and easy process. Customer service was great. Car modern_ clean and easy to drive (took a while to work out GPS maps). Liked the key drop off system.

I was a bit nervous as the car had a few scuffs and scratches that were not identified on the car rental agreement I received via email. I took my own photos of the vehicle when I arrived at my accomodation and emailed them to the office. Otherwise a great service.
Confusion when booking as I was told we had booked through a third party ! I didn’t know this and then we hadn’t signed in online causing a lot of stress as we nearly didn’t make the arrival time but grateful that someone stayed and waited for us . We are also still waiting for the $200 deposit back
