When I arrived a little pressed for time to drop the car off the lady at the desk told me not to worry and just get to the airport to check in . I really appreciate her helpfulness and not insisting I park the car in the carpark.
Our flight was delayed and staff kept open to ensure we were able to pick up the car.
I think car seats should be provided for free_ but that_s just my opinion. I am also waiting for my bond $$$ to be returned.
The car was received a bit dirty. The carpark is some distance from the terminal at Queenstown airport.
Asked for a Prado_ got an Everest. Still pretty good. Although they left the ski racks on which were noisy at highway speeds
