The insurance coverage for the vehicle became a bone of contention at pick up. The promotional material and contract said i was fully covered_ the car rental people asked for a deposit OR that i take insurance coverage with them_ which would have amounted to double coverage. The explanation provided was unsatisfactory and made no sense to me_ I went along and reluctantly made the refundable deposit. If my contract says i am fully covered_ then I should be fully covered - PLEASE SORT OUT!!!
It was a overall 4 but staff need to explain at pick up drop off procedure And that you had to got to park the car in the carpark and bring back the keys and ticket I was late already for my flight
