It looks like I ordered a wrong car type so the car quality didn_t meet my expectations. All other things are excellent_ staff is politely. I_ll definitely return to this provider.

They lost my reservation and didn_t inform local representative. We had to wait for more than 1 hour to get car (according to the representative it was only car we could take despite that it had manual transmission and we ordered automatic). So_ I_m disappointed with the company but local representative did his best to serve us.
