I am just surprised that I was charge for carwash and vacuum of the vehicle.

Drop off driver tried to trick me into paying him more than due (7_000 pesos). Otherwise service was great.

I still did not receive the insurance taken from my credit card_ although the office promise to be in my account within two weeks from the returning date.

They ask for extra deposit for 10000 pesos as guarantees thru my credit card but until now as they promise to send back immediately to my credit card but it didn_t happen and I_m still waiting until now for that amount _ I phone them 4x already and still only promises _ next time never give your credit card as guarantees

Car was different (smaller_ not hatchback_ but sedan). Pickup location is in different terminal (terminal 1) and they will drive you to office close to airport_ where is the cars located.
