We were highly impressed with the reception _ handling at the carhire desk_ not only at collection but also at dropoff. We_d arrived way too early for normal opening hours _ expected to just drop the keys off_ but the same staff member was there _ sped us through. At both ends of the engagement he was friendly _ efficient_ gave useful info about the dropoff _ generally a pleasure to deal with.

It is recommended to have a representative to receive the vehicle and not leave keys in the box and not know what else they can request a charge for without being able to respond in real time
