The staff members who served us were helpful and polite. We took a video clip of the car and its superficial scratches guided by the staff members.They willingly showed us whatever scratches it might have. This transparent gesture is helpful to avoid misunderstanding or any alleged damage when returning the car.

Yes_ We were very happy with GOSO and their representative_ Farid. The car we got was virtually new with only 139kms.

Car battery want changed from last 3 years and when i reached to hotel. next morning the car battery was dead. I had to travel every where with Taxi. Also when i requested for day off as compensation the employee refused simply.

Car was quite good_ no delays during pick up or return_ fast responds from customer support which I highly appreciated. Takes some tome to get back deposit but it_s common in Malaysia_ so just needs to be accepted as it is.

Apologies for late reply. 1. It would be convenient if there was a office within the airport for easy pick up. 2. The petrol tank has to be full not at 2 bars - quarter. 3. Just confusion on selected car. Cheers.
