Security deposit was taken and needs to be refunded.. no paperwork was given at return_ rental provider was happy with car on return but has failed to reply to my WhatsApp App asking for confirmation that he is happy on condition at return.

All good_ and city is very nice to drive in KL. Only the holding of the deposit for 1 month is too long_ 2 weeks i think is fair.
Car condition was not well maintained with a lot of scratches and dents. Front suspension noisy and rear right tyre was leaking air upon pickup.
The rental office was not really in the city center_ compare to the adress in the Voucher_ but the rental operator came to the hôtel with the car and bring us to the office. Same when we check Out.
