I had to pay additional money for some insurence_ although i thought that i have already paid and reserved a full insurance. that is a quite a deception and a bigger payment for my rental. Not fair of you or rental company.

A kölcsönző pulttal ellentétben nem mini van típusú autót akartak adni az átvételi ponton_ hanem egy másikat amelyben nem fért volna el 6 ember. Az erőszakoskodásnak és hajthatamságomnak köszönhetően végül megkaptuk a mini van-t_ viszont nem volt kitakarítva.

The provider gave us very poor information on toll paying. When returning we asked two emplyees specific questions about payin tolls and still we didn_t know what was our obligation. They didn_t help us. Finally_ we had to pay a fee.

Absolutely happy with the hire car _ hire company. First rate service throughout and will definitely use again.
