The drop off location was hard to get to coming from the south. Providing clear directions would help. We were promised a receipt by email which never came. After 2 days I sent an email to your customer email requesting the receipt quoting the agreement # and never received a reply. As a result not sure we would rent from you again and certainly not in Martinique given your location.
