All our destinations in Jamaica

After a very long flight_ we were waiting almost an hour to get our car. The staff were pleasant and tried their best. I just think they were overwhelmed. They should have been better prepared for more than one flight arriving at once.

I would like to say that the young gentleman who attended me after arriving from my flight and picking car up is a credit to your company. What a fine_ professional_ polite young man. I have worked around the Caribbean for over a decade now and his attentiveness was above and beyond. I would like you to personally commend him. Made it so easy. I have had so many nightmares from Kingston Airport picking cars up so I will be back next month here due to him.

I was not told about incurring insurance cost in addition to the cost of rental and insurance holding fees upon the return of the car. These should have been explained before. I was disappointed with that.

The employee that I picked the car up from was an con-artist which the company didn’t know_ but made the experience below grade.

The time and process taken at the desk to pick up the car was way too long
