The time and process taken at the desk to pick up the car was way too long

Processing by the agents were very slow and the car was not available for over an hour from the requested time. Otherwise_ very satisfied and will use again.

Just don_t get the car that I actually rented

I was given automatic when I the car category description says manual. However_ this was not a problem as I soon realised that driving automatic is easier_ so it was actually a good thing that I was given automatic and it was explained by the staff that manual is rare in Jamaica. The staff were very helpful and provided great service.
