Absolutely great service (out of hours_ pickup and drop off locations fully tailored to the customer needs). The condition of the car is acceptable_ but not perfect.

Disappointed to not get the vehicle ordered. Time prevented us waiting to change the vehicle. The saloon provided did not suit our purposes for some of the time..

The carpet in the boot of the vehicle was oily and that dirtied our luggage. It is a pain to have to return the vehicle washed_ it was handwritten onto the contract and I did not see that_ it cost me 1500KSH for the driver to have the vehicle washed.
