The only doubt we have is that when we returned the car_ the keys and paperwork was accepted but with no checking of the car and confirmation that everything is correct. I received no document confirming everything is cleared.

We waited almost 1.5 hours to pick up the car. We even arrived early. There were only 2 staff on_ and checking in seemed to take a long time. Drop off was the opposite. Very efficient. All staff were lovely

Can_t fault the service or the car provided.

The van had a couple of very bad leaks in the rain in the back - enough to pool on the back seat and we needed to carry towels with us. I would have appreciated a discount for this discomfort and nuisance.
