The company is not located in the airport. I called the service number before takeoff to Prague to confirm my reservation to make sure everything would go fine_ and at first it was absolutely impossible to reach a human being_ so I was getting worried. But after 30 minutes or so I was called back by the rental agent and everything was clarified. Despite arriving late at night_ I was picked up by a shuttle bus that took me to the rental company. So after all_ everything is well organised_ and I can recommend the company.
