There was an issue with small damage to the wingmirror which I hadn_t noticed when picking up _ it wasn_t listed on the hire plan details. This caused some concern till they checked photos to confirm it was a pre-existing scrape. Also_ the excess charge is still pending on my credit card after 30 hours

Had to check tyre pressure at mechanics as light stayed on _ still did after tyres were inflated. Car smelt like wet dog. Car went well.

Enterprise had no idea that a deposit had been paid and this was not deducted from the hire costs!! They advised this is not their problem and you take this as a “booking fee”. This meant I paid more to hire the car than if I’d booked directly - this is misleading and not at all clear on your web site - very disappointed with that!!
