I ordered a child seat and had to fit it myself. They explained that this was an insurance and liability issue.

Personally I would always prefer a 5 minute run through on Ts and Cs on pick up_ but I guess they want guests to be on their way.

My only problem was finding a garage to fill up with petrol on the road to the airport near the drop off area_

I caused damage to two alloy rims. The damage was clearly shown and explained_ and I am responsible. However_ the charge is excessive_ and I am questioning it. I am being charged 75% of the cost for 4 new rims…and only two are damaged.
