There was no one at the office when I returned the car

Belle surprise cette location. Meme si le bureau de location n’est pas facile a trouver.

The drop off service was very stressful and very confusing at the airport location. We could not locate the underground parking_ and when we did we couldn_t get in since it was full. I would advise the helpdesk to CLEARLY explain to customers in which correct lane to enter the airport on the drop off with clear directions to avoid confusion and make their experience more smoothly. We did not have a good drop off service at all.

I specifically ordered a Stationwagon and got a Suv_ which I was not happy about at all. Otherwise the car was great. The drop-off in Luxembourg was confusing and not well explained.
