כשהחזרתי את הרכב הם טענו שיש קרע בגלגל. מכיוון שלא קרא אירועי כלשהוא שיכל ליצור את הקרע אז אחד משניים: 1. או שהוא היה לפני שקיבלתי את הרכב. 2. או שהוא נוצר עקב בלאי של הגלגל. הם עדיין לא דרשו ממני כסף וטוענים שהעניין בבדיקה אולם מהלך זה העיב על חויה טובה שהייתה לי עם החברה עד להחזרת הרכב.
Problem with prolongation - I had to drive 100 km to settle it down personnaly with high rental fee for one day...
I would like there to be an additional help on the website or booking voucher_ if I wish to add something like snow chains after I have made the booking.
