You have not confirmed by email that there were no additional charges and that the deposit was fully refunded. I returned the the car on time with a full tank and no additional marks_ but received no confirmation or paperwork to this effect. All this would have been appreciated to close off the transaction.

On returning car to rental company_ signpost to return on roundabouts would have been a big help. Birmingham airport has put in different route from m42 to airport and very confusing

Easy out of hours key pick up. A bit of a walk to the car park_but not a problem as the weather was good. Easy car return. Kept informed by text so no wondering what to do about pick up and return.
