I requested an automatic car_ as that is what I drive at home. I was disappointed that the car was manual_ but not disappointed in the car itself. The service provided at the office was very efficient and informed_ including the extra services

Yusuf in Dropoff Service was very frendly and did a good job.

Car was quite clean_ but there were some remains of cigarettes left under the seat. If taking the car without additional insurance_ fee for cleaning the car would be added if the car returned were not clean (not sure how that would be judged). In the end I took with full insurance_ although did not plan that initially.

Many thanks to Frankie who was very professional upon returning the car. Definitely we’ll be back. A small recommendation: to charge per hour/ or quarter of the day_ etc instead of a full day_ for anything extra/ in addition to the original booking. Danke
