The vehicle was a 2016 model and had obviously done a few km on the clock. The car was ok for the short journeys we used it for. In the first week of the hire_ I kind of realised that something was not correct. From a standing start_ the car did not automatically respond when pressing accelerator (was automatic vehicle_ which I drive in UK). It also did not pick-up very quick when going past slow-moving vehicles. I called the rental guys and they asked to take it back to them to have a look. I did this and they realised there was an issue and within 1 hour_ car was fixed. The difference was like night and day. Not a big issue_ but overall wasted 2/3 hours on that day. The rental company were very good to deal with and I always think_ if you have a problem_ you are judged on how you deal with it. They did well and would be happy to use them again.

They did not write in contract_ that car has tu be clean inside. I returned with sand on the ground and we have discussion about it. In contract is only extremely dirty interiér fee_ but I imagine streamline dirty blow jogurt_ smashed banana_ or something like that. If they wanna return clean car_ should be in contract. I rented cars in other countries and this was first time misunderstanding.

Had issue with car - battery went flat - but this was dealt with very quickly and when I lost confidence in car whe it started to have a slight issue it was promptly changed.

Our car broke down on our trip to the mountains_ almost at the most remote site. We called the Company_ they immediately answered our problem_ and sent a new car for us. They were very kind! THANKS!!
