We still have not received the refund of the deposit_ which was not only blocked on my Visa card but actually debited. I would like to know if this procedure is standard practice? Thank you for your attention. Michel Frantz

Friendly and most helpful staff all round.
The voucher form stated that the rental company would have their representative with a board with out name on it. This did not happen. Admittedly it was Hoedspruit_ so we were soon redirected to the car rental booth. Also_ the voucher form did not say the voucher itself had to be presented_ and handed to the rental company. The representative insisted I had to hand it over which I did after taking a photograph of our contract.
