Their sos number responded after 10 minutes of waiting and said dont call its wrong number. On office number they doesnt response. On email they answer only after few days_ so i really doesnt . understand such customer support. If some accident happens to communicate by email is not suitable. So decide if you want take a risk before renting a car

סך הכל חוויה מצוינת. קיבלנו רכב חדש לגמרי שהיה מצוין. ניקיון - פנימי היה נקי. חיצוני האוטו לא היה נקי. היה מלא אבק. הפער העיקרי - ההבנה שלנו בעת ההזמנה היתה שהזמנו את כל הביטוחים אבל בדלפק אמרו לנו שאין ביטוח מלא ושילמנו תשלום נוסף. זה מאד מתסכך ולא ברור ונשמח להבים מה נכון לעשות בפעם הבאה
