I upgraded the vehicle because they gaveme an excellent rate to upgrade which was well below even the Flexi hire rate. Victoria station in London was easy to collect and return.

We were somewhat disappointed when we were given a Fiat 500 instead of the advertised Kia Picanto. We fully understand that it states _or similar_ however_ having driven both a Fiat 500 and a Kia Picanto_ I can honestly say that the Kia wins hands down. We asked the checkin staff about a Picanto only to be told that they don_t have those. So_ why advertise a car that cannot be supplied? This is deceptive and dishonest sales practice. Be honest. Be upfront. Don_t deceive!

Had a technical hitch and was cut off from call. Would have been good to have someone go over the car as it was a hybrid.
