I forgot to make sure that we had a car seat for my son. As the company only had 2 not available_ 2 employees helped me to find a car seat (2nd hand _ new). They were so helpful ! I have never seen thta in a car rental company !

They were great. The gentleman that helped me has helped me before. He is very kind and returning was also very good and smooth! The only thing is that picknick up time takes a while. It would be perfect if there would be a system that had already has the whole paper ready with all your Information which you only have to sign. Instead of filling it all in again.
