I had NO idea which car rental desk to go to in Shannon Airport as it was not named

I wasn_t impressed with the unwelcoming and supercilious attitude of the agent at the hire desk. I hire cars frequently from different companies at Cork Airport and have never experienced this before

I wanted a small compact car. They were going to purchase me in a big BMW or Mercedes. Not feasible in Ireland due small roads. Had to wait 30 mins for smaller car.
