I was not happy with the insurance cover. Was not clear about the extra charges I needed to pay to get full cover. Also the fee I had to pay for crossing the border was not mentioned before hiring
I appeciate that extra charge for crossing border and extra driver is per day and note for whole period as it was before. Thank you very much for that.
Directions to the pick up site could be better
Hire office is off site from airport and is not signposted on return journey (cam in from a different angle). That is my only criticism - service otherwise was excellent.
