Grumpy men in collection office. On receiving the car he did a quick once over for previous damage_ On return he lapped the car 5 times very slowly with his phone flash_ checking every speck was on the checkout form. If we hadn_t of been specific about putting all marks on the form we may have had an issue

I had very good customer service_ thank you to your helpful staff but I was very disappointed with car quality. I had booked a specific car or expecting smiler car but I was given a smaller car. It was late night about to close office I had no option but to accept the car. otherwise I would have rejected the car.
