On arrival the young lady on the counter was polite and friendly and very helpful.

The customer service was excellent. She was very helpful_ clear _ precise with the standard and expectation when renting one of their vehicles. The car I received was modern_ very clean and served my purpose. The prices of their vehicles were reasonable and I liked the fact that they will deliver your rental to the Whakatane airport on your arrival and drop off.

Note that they don_t make it obvious that in some cases there might be a $3000 bond held against your credit card unless you pay extra for insurance
