The woman on the service counter was lovely. Great price_ great car (although bigger than I had requested) and very convenient location. Would definitely use this company again.

The pick-up location was a little further than expected_ but not too far. It took a while to get picked up and get the car_ but the driver was ready to take me back to the airport after drop off. The car was excellent value for money. I_d made a mistake with the drop off time -- thought I_d booked for 4:30pm_ but must have accidentally put 4:30am. I felt really bad that that someone must have been waiting for us at that time_ but no fuss was make of my error.

Great experience overall_ would use again. The only thing I had trouble with was finding the pick up point_ but that was partly due to me misunderstanding the written instructions
