The only factor that is not 5 star is the repayment of the $3_000 bond. It is over 48 hours since the car was returned and I’m still waiting for the reversal on my credit card.

I did not understand in the _small print_ terms that we would have to deposit a large deposit ON TOP OF the premium reduction excess we had paid the insurance company for. This impacted our satisfaction.
