Ondanks het feit dat ik de reservatie + voorschot online heb gedaan heeft het behoorlijk lang geduurd eer ik de wagen ter beschikking kreeg. Achter ontstond er zich een behoorlijke fille. Mijn emailadres was niet correct heb overgenomen. Bij afhaling heb ik het verbeterd doch heb momenteel nog steeds afrekening ontvangen. Ik vrees dat mijn emailadres weer verkeerd is ingevoerd in hun systeem. Quid?

I had plans to go to Slovenia for a couple of days of my ten day rental out of Trieste_ Italy (next to Slovenian border). I reviewed the terms and conditions of the rental to ensure this was not an issue. When I arrived I was met with a surprise €10/day fee that was non-negotiable. I had to pay an extra €100 to go to Slovenia for a couple of days. I wouldn’t have chosen this rental agency if I knew about this. I feel this was dishonest on behalf of the rental company.
