לקחתי מכם את הרכב עם ביטוח מלא. ושביקשתי מהסוכן שיראה שיש שיפשוף בטמבון מאחורה הוא אמר לי שלא נורא ושיש לי ביטוח מלא. (אגב אני צילמתי לפני כהוכחה) ושהחזרתי את הרכב שלחתם לי למייל שלי שיש לי חוב על החזרת הרכב עם השיפשוף מאחורה כפי שציינתי לעיל. וזה לא יפה להתנהל ככה אתם מפסידים לקוחות. ו50 או 100€ לא יעשו אותכם עשירים
