The timing to collect the car was not very ideal. I was not able to collect my car after a hours. Causing me inconvenience to delay a day getting the car. I have to collect my car the next day which I have to spend extra money on public transport.
There were problems with the car. The telephone service provided by the number on the key tag was excellent.
Both times I’ve hired a car the service staff have been friendly and helpful. Thank you.
Exceptional service by Richard in Rotorua during the pick-up at 17 on 20-Dec-2025 and by the Auckland Airport office during the drop-off at 17 on 21-Dec-2025!
