I booked the car online with the insurance which cost me AUD 1251.90 and I was aware about the excess AUD 5500. At the car pick up_ suprisingly I was told that if something happens (even not my fault) I am liable to pay AUD$ 5500 as excess. And I was offered AUD$ 500 excess option which cost me another AUS$400+. This option should be mentioned at the online booking !!! It was a terrible experince and I would never use or recommend your service again. As a genuine business_ you should not hide your cost till the last minutes. I have used hire car option all over the world and never experinced this kind of situation before.

The only issue I have is you should have provisions to except cash! As when we go on holidays we always use cash
