returning the car I got no confirmation that the car was returned in order - my credit card was then blocked for the deposit for more than a week after the car was returned only then it was released - I find that totally inappropriate

Picked car up and service was really good. They mentioned there was a previous mark on the car which was noted on the form. When I was outside the garage the supposed mark was really big and noticeable which took away from my experience. Damage on the car should have really been taken off the road to get repaired. I have images if you require.

שלום רב רק בעיה אחת_ רכב נסע ברוורס ופגע קלות בדלת ימין_ הזמנתי משטרה מקומית בסלובניה_ והם אמרו שאני לא אשם_ ורשמו דוח מפורט _ צירפתי את הדוח _ ובכל זאת חויבתי על כמעט 500 אירו נוספים_ ולא קיבלתי פירוט על החיוב הנוסף_ אשמח לדעת על מה החיוב_ ולמה אני צריך לשלם_ כאשר הנהג הפוגע אשם _ מעבר לזה הכל היה טוב_ ואני אזמין שוב דרככם תודה.
