The car had a smell of cigarette smoke. It would be good to have a no-smoking policy for all cars. And if the car smells of smoke when returned_ they are charged a cleaning fee so that the smell of cigarette smoke can be removed.

The car was fine but the pick up and drop off was a bit chaotic and there were mixed messages about the drop off location. We got charged for a scratch we didn’t do but neither ours or their photos caught the location on the car. Make sure to include the undersides in you pick up photos or videos.
