When I arrived a little pressed for time to drop the car off the lady at the desk told me not to worry and just get to the airport to check in . I really appreciate her helpfulness and not insisting I park the car in the carpark.

Asked for a Prado_ got an Everest. Still pretty good. Although they left the ski racks on which were noisy at highway speeds

Was a positive experience. However_ I felt the payment/deposit was a bit confusing. I thought I_d organised full insurance when initially booking the car on your website_ but this wasn_t the case when I got to the counter. It felt as if I was paying a lot extra_ and wasn_t sure why a deposit is required when I pay for full insurance. Was a big confusing price wise. Thanks.
