The car was in good condition and with the right specifications. However_ the renting company imposes disproportionate penalties on scratches or damages that may occur and they are explained at the pick up time. Howevwe_ these penalties makes the customer feel under undue stress should he/she opts out of buying full insurance.
When returning of the car_ the response of the customer service is very poor_ it makes me wait for more than 30 minutes_ as I am rushing for checking in to the airline. That makes me very nervous.! Overall the service is OK. Only the returning experience is terrible.
