The service was very good. My car was upgraded from a Toyota Yaris automatic to a VW Golf manual_ which I appreciated. When I returned the car_ there was a long queue at the counter as a flight had just arrived at Cork Airport_ however the customer service rep explained I could drop my key straight into a box next time around.
Vervangende auto had zeker niet de beloofde koffer inhoud. Gelukkig hadden we niet de 2x 100l en 3x 50l bij. Er kon max 2x 100l en 1x 50l in met wat losse zaken. Het ging ook allemaal heel snel_ de online gemaakte afspraken leken opnieuw gemaakt te moeten worden_ zoals een 2e rijder.
The car was OK_ but It burned oil and I think it hadn_t been mechanically serviced properly. The rest of it was very good.
Very long wait to organize payment _ be great if cars had backing cameras_ customer service needs to be 7 days a week.. Great car and trip
