Provider definitely knew about the damages on the car_ but bot listed those in the documents. It was dark and the ground close to the pickup spot was not light - so not possible at all to check the car. Big thanks to the guy at the service he was literally INSISTING on the total insurance which fully paid off. However_ I think it is valid for all providers.
