Got a free upgrade_ which was a hybrid_ staff were very friendly_ my credit card was blocked for €1600 as a deposit as I had my own insurance_ but was returned before I got home_ overall a good experience.

Surprising additional fees when picking up the car. - car cleaning fee (12€ before rental if not declared 25 €) - declaration of whether the ferry will be used ( 25 € before rental if not declared 850 € ). - If you want to return the car an hour later despite the telephone declaration_ a fee per 24 hours applies.
