We were impressed with the service. We changed cars 3 times during our hire. Each time it could t have been easier. The last car a fiat 500 had issues with the gear box could t get it in to 3rd gear. Which was a bit dangerous at times.

Would like a clearer understanding of insurance and breakdown costs as I purchased excess cover but still at 3rd party cover and would be better to cover fully comprehensive plus breakdown cover was paid at Airport I did not see an option to add this on the initial booking online
