bad service for the Front desc

The car_s headlights were totally useless_ but it was only discovered the day before we returned it_ when we were forced to drive after dark. As a rule_ we do not drive in the dark when we are here_ but sometimes there is no alternative. I think they should have checked it out before they rented out the car_ because as it was now_ it was a traffic hazard!

Pickup time is the main problem

Pessimo serviço de atendimento do call center. Nunca tem linha disponível_ depois ficam questionando coisas desconexas. Carro quebrou e tivemos q pegar Uber para irmos até o escritório_ pois o call center não nos atendeu. Se não fosse pelo gerente Jordan do aeroporto Las Vegas_ teríamos tido muitos problemas_ pois o pessoal co call center só queria nos prejudicar. Muito bom este gerente.
