لقد اخبرني ان التأمين لا يغطي جميع التلفيات وان رجل المرور لا يعطي تقرير عند الاصطدام بحائط او شجره وشركة التأمين لا تقبل التعويض الا بالتقرير مما اجبرني بدفع 220 دولار لعمل تأمين شامل يغطي كل شي عن طريق مكتبهم ،،، هل هذا صحيح ام كنت خدعه تسويقيه من الموظف

I believed I had booked airport collecting_ but instead we were put in a car and driven to their office nearby_ where our car was ready and waiting. My wife is disabled _ we travel with a wheelchair_ so moving out of chair into car is more tiring _ is easier just to be able to do it once.
