受け取り時に、急にEV車からガソリン車に車両変更をお願いしたのに、嫌な顔もせずに迅速に対応してくれました。とても親切な社員さん達でした。ただ。レンタカー会社がある場所を見つけるまでにとても時間がかかったので、サイトの予約時に、もうすこし詳しく受け取り場所の記載説明記載をしてほしいなと思いました。
