Please write that for Pick-up you have to wait out side the Arrivals_ on the Bus Stop and wait for a Van Blue - Yellow - White (CAR for RENT Sign). It will be more helpful instead of writing that your represetitive will wait with your name. I waited at the arrivals for about 15min_ no one came. Then i phoned the telephone number_ and told me the above instructions. Thnaks.
