I made a first booking which i cancelled and got refunded by you. Then i made a second booking for a day longer and payed for it. The first booking remained in your system i suppose because i got questions about booking 2 cars on the same day and phones on the day of delivery of the cancelled booking and even the statement that i would have to pay more. All rather confusing and unpleasent.
