Petrol tank has been filled up to 70% at the beginning - I would rather do full tank and return car with a full tank - it_s a trick from your side to get extra petrol. One of the reason I wont rush back.

We arrived but no one in the arrival hall upto 10 minutes after at agreed time (plane was not late)_ I called the agent to be advised he will be arriving in 5 minutes in the kiss and drop lane outside. Walking out to the area someone else was also waiting for the minibus to take them to the car hire location. We were told we had to wait in the kiss and drop area and he will be back in 10 minutes because of double booking. We waited 25 minutes to be then taken to the hire location after that the car and service very good. The hire company do not have a office at the airport_ the cars are collected and returned on land between Medycyna Praktyczna and Intersport Poland SA on sportowa. I have been charged for the hire twice which I am still awaiting a refund on.
