The car was fitted with cheap uncomfortable seat covers_ would much have preferred the actual seat.

Still waiting for the return of the security deposit (10 days from the return day now) despite of that the car was returned in a perfect condition and fully refilled which was certified by the receiving representative.

Wanted to drop the car off at the airport as I have done in the past with other companies and In other countries visited . This added to my travel time as I was travelling long haul as I had to leave earlier to go to the main office first then transported in. Nether the less the car was great and staff helpful and friendly

The staff at the rental desk were friendly and very efficient_ both picking up and returning. The only downside was finding the rental office when returning the car_ maybe give customers a map of the local area with routes from different directions marked on it?
